First we began to walk upright, then we learned to make tools, then we grew super-strong retractile claws and learned how to gel our hair into spikes. Where do you go after that?!
James Lillis' design is fun, but it also brings up something that I have personally wondered for awhile... What IS the next stage in human evolution? It would have to be something useful, and I don't think claws are the thing we all need... except those times I forget to bring a can opener.
